Past Performance:

For contract N00178-04-D-4024-FG05, On-Demand Life Cycle Product Support for Warfighter Programs, provided on-demand subject matter expertise across a wide variety of processes including concept development; operational analysis, requirements/capability analysis; acquisition documentation support including cost, manpower, logistics, architectures, modeling; and the ability to train government employees in their development and utilization.

 

For contract N00178-04-D-4024-NS22, PMW 170 Program Management, provided overarching programmatic support and direct program support in program development, planning, and execution; acquisition support including development and review of acquisition documentation; contracts support including drafting of contracts and related contractual documentation for non-MSA and non-SeaPort-e contracts; and cost estimating and analysis support of all active ACAT programs and abbreviated acquisition programs.

 

For contract N00178-04-D-4024-NS18, JTRS Program Management and Systems Engineering Support, provided a full range of program management and engineering support services to assist and support the JPEO-JTRS and associated PMOs to carry out responsibilities to develop, produce and field a family of interoperable, digital, modular, software defined radios while applying sound program management and acquisition techniques to meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements while executing JTRS at moderate risk.

Past Performance:

For FA8770-11-C-0023, AFEMS, MacB provides full system support including system sustainment, 24/7 operations, help desk, and systems upgrades. AFEMS is the system of record for equipment management in the Air Force. AFEMS provides worldwide visibility of equipment and IT assets around the world.

Past Performance:

For contract FA8622-06-D-8506, ASC/647 AESS Precision Attack Office, MacB tasks focused on the coordination of ground and flight testing and demonstrations of the LITENING, Sniper Pods, and the Advanced Targeting Pod Programs onto the F-16, F-15, A/V-8, A-10, and B-52 technology. We developed, maintained, updated and reviewed T&E-related documents, specifications, and performance requirements, preparing briefings and suggestions related to compliance, conformity with regulations and viability.

Past Performance:

For contract HQ0006-07-C-0012, HQ0006-08-C-0009, WASP, MacB, as subcontractor to Raytheon, led all WASP mission planning activities for sensor system test flights, mission simulations, and mission events. The WASP program focuses on development and integration of airborne sensor assets. The primary mission of the program is to provide airborne EO/IR sensor capability in support of MDA and other test activities.

Metters provides the U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC)'s Logistics Support Activity (LOGSA) contract W31P4Q-05-A-0022 with the development, tracking, and training of the Automated Reset Management Tool (ARMT) supporting Warfighters worldwide.

 

Metters supported contract W58RGZ-11-C-0148 in the design and manufacturing of high-fidelity models for the U.S. Army Contracting Commands' Modernized Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sensor (M-TADS/PNVS) for AH-64D aircrafts.

 

For contract HSFEHQ-08-F-0848, Metters provided application development and network, systems, and database management for DHS Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)'s Document Management and Records Tracking System (DMARTS).

Past Performance:

PMA-273: Precise Systems provides logistics support to PMA-273 in the acquisition, development and maintenance of seven trainer aircraft in order to meet the mission of developing a rigorous, diverse, carrier-capable Naval Flight Training System where student pilots and Undergraduate Military Flight Officers (UMFOs) acquire mission-critical aviation skills necessary to carry out current and future missions of the United States Navy.

 

PMA-274: Precise Systems provides, Information Technology, program management, data management, acquisition, administrative support and physical security. We provide an integrated approach to PMA-274 program support by aligning program management techniques, functions, and processes into an Integrated Data Environment that provides the backbone data structure, tying together the day-to-day operations, planning, and life-cycle acquisitions.

 

AIR 7.4.2, NAWCAD 4.1.3, Enterprise Solutions Program Office, PMA-257, Maritime Surveillance Aircraft Laboratories, and PMA-260 Precise Systems provided Information Assurance (IA) technical services, including IA system certifications, accreditations, network security research, and training support. We provided analytical support services directly supporting system networks, including deployed systems.
